Lassen National Forest Advisory*** Prescribed Burning on Hat Creek Ranger District The Hat Creek Ranger District of the Lassen National Forest is planning a prescribed underburn, conditions permitting, as follows: The Eastside Underburn (Mountain Home Units) will be set Wednesday, November 12, weather permitting. Total acreage of 150 acres is affected. Ignition should take one day. Estimated burn and smoldering time is 3 to 5 days. There should not be any impacts from smoke.
