{sandbag circuit} Lots of requests for free workouts lately. ;) and, although I am more than happy to post a free circuit every now and then, you guys should know that I run challenge groups with programs that are similar and will deliver amazing results because youll also get shakeology (a daily dose of dense nutrition) plus a nutrition plan. :) Nutrition is a CRUCIAL piece when it comes to reaching your goals. Dont forget it. ;) ok... On to the free stuff! Set your interval timer for 10 moves. Each move should be 30 sec. each. Do each set 4x for a total of about 20 min. Dont forget to warm up and cool down! If you dont have a sandbag, do without or use dumbbells. 1. High knees 2. Sandbag burpees 3. Floor sprints 4. Sandbag squats 5. Pushups 6. Sandbag lunges (repeat 2x - 1 min total) 7. Ski abs 8. Bicep curls with sandbag 9. Donkey kicks with oblique follow through *modify when needed. This is advanced but can be taken down a level or two ;)
