Last BOOT CAMP outdoors tonight, feel a bit sad about that since its not only gone really well, but Ive also met some genuine, nice people who are great company. For me its never a chore and always a great pleasure. However, onwards and upwards dear friends. Next Tuesday we will be based at the De Brus Centre (former site of De Brus School) in the sports hall 7.10-8.10pm. The not so great news is that I have to pay for the hall so unfortunately the cost will rocket up by 50p each, hope thats ok to £3.50. But it does mean we have a permanent base for the winter. I will be varying the class content from week to week but I will always include a High Intensity Interval Training session- BOXERCISE and finish the class with an increasingly challenging abdominal/core/lower back session. As usual the class will be mixed and open to everyone, all abilities shapes and sizes. Dont let anyone STOP YOU from getting fitter and feeling great.
