Last day in paradise. Looking out my room window to see the vineyards down in the valley below and the mountains beyond. It has been a great and wonderful stay here at the Take Ten program. I have adjusted to a plant-based diet and in enjoying it. I have eliminated two of my daily shots and lowered the amount of insulin I need. I have also cut the cholesterol med in half and lost four pounds of body fat. Because my ankle and the boot I had to wear I was not able to walk and exercise as much as I needed. All in all the program is great and helped to accomplish what was needed. It wii be good to get back home and implement the exercise portion. I still have about two weeks left in this boot cast.
