Last night I began my next great challenge. If I can change my physical, mental, and emotional health so dramatically in 90 days and become motivated to stay fit, tackling this smoking thing should be cake, right? Well see. But Chris Hemsworth told me to, and I do whatever he says, so last night after X-Fit, we rolled the big tire outside and I bashed my remaining smokes. Over dramatic? Perhaps. Symbolic and therefore more likely to remain a motivator? You betcha!
