Last night Rob and I found this dog add we were about to park. All Windows up at 85 degrees outside. YES, I called police. Asked people inside the restaurant if anyone owned that truck and a guy said he did. I told him to go roll down his window. He was picking up food to go. I told him I called the police and what he was doing was animal neglect. I told him it was 85 outside and to add 20 degrees to that on the inside. He had a very hard time looking at me. He grabbed the food and left.
