Last night in Bangkok and off we went to Nahm, Asias top restaurant. Detractors might say who pays 100 bucks for Thai food but damn its good and worth every cent. Here, we had the stir fred wagyu beef, tumeric curry with blue skipper crab, pennywort river prawn salad and grilled omelette in banana leaf. David Thompsons dishes are simply inventive and savory. It feels as if an angmoh invaded your moms kitchen and cooked up something awesome. The best part? Your mother would approve.
