Last night, my mom, Caleb, and Calebs girlfriend were in a car accident. Caleb and his girlfriend are okay but my mom got all the impact from being T-boned on the drivers side of the car at a very high speed. Thankfully, they successfully operated on what they could in Yakima, but shes been airlifted to Harborview here in Seattle as the rest of her injuries (fractured pelvis) cant be operated on in Yakima. Shes stable now but needs help to breathe from what seems like a dozen different tubes. She has no spinal cord injuries (praise Jesus!) & will hopefully be off the ventilator tonight if her body proves it can handle the high doses of pain medication. This all to say, please dont be too worried, but do lift her up in prayer. Also, my brothers & I have been getting lots of texts about her & its hard to keep up with everyone so, if youre interested in hospital updates, etc, message or text me your email address & Ill keep you all posted that way. Shes going to be here at Harborview for at least a week, depending on when they can operate, but Im hopeful that she will heal quickly & smoothly. Thanks, everyone!
