Last night was the second night in a row that my cat has kept me up for more than an hour due to erratic (and noisy) behavior once the lights go out, including howling, scratching doors, using me as a jungle gym, stepping on my face, and thwacking the door stop, making it go BWONNNNGGGGGGGGGGGG. She has gotten fair warning: a third night of this and she will be put in her carrier for the night and kept in the pantry, door shut! (Because, frankly, I am tired of worrying about drowning in the shower, as I have been falling asleep in it as a result...)
