Last weekend i was contacted by Bake a Wish Ireland, they urgently needed a birthday cake made for a young lad, Dylan, from Churchill. His birthday had passed when they contacted me as they had been unsuccessful in getting a baker in the Donegal area. I agreed to bake Dylan a cake and was told he was a mad about GAA and wanted to be a Guard when he is older. So i combined the two and presented him with a cake earlier today. Bake a Wish Ireland aim to provide every child in Ireland who is suffering from a life threatening condition with a free birthday cake.
