Last winter, I sent you an email, simply asking that the next time you were in PA, to let me know and I would work to get together with you. There is an issue I need to discuss with only you, and I think my overwhelming discretion will be appreciated. Today you called a family member to convey Christmas greetings, and never once mentioned me or tried to even ever so briefly speak with me. Ive heard nothing from you since your programmed email response last winter. The time is coming, my brother, given my deteriorating mental health, when it will be mandatory for me to speak to at least a licensed clinical social worker, or perhaps a full fledged psychiatrist, in order for me to continue my treatment. If I have to divulge my complete history to a doctor or care worker, I can no longer guarantee sensitive treatment of certain historic facts. I raise this issue because I truly do care about what happens to you, even if the opposite is not true. KAH
