Last year I bought a house when I was delivering pizzas for Patxis in denver & I was also just getting back into real estate. Now tomorrow is a big day for me, my FIX & FLIP is finally done & getting appraised. After appraisal is closing!!!!!! Real Estate took off I sold some properties saved up all my money to buy this house. Im thinking back when I first started this goal of buying this house cash, now its finally done remodeled. I remember people telling me not to buy that crappy house. I didnt even have to list it or put it on the market. Thats when you know your a BAD ASS, finding your own buyer. I used to do this for investors back in the day make them money while I was being used, now its my turn. After I get this Capitolprofit I am buying two houses etc. Repeat the process dont forget the fundamentals & basics of monopoly. What they didnt teach us in school, we are not sheep we are dreamers & achievers. Stay focused my true friends. Before people would doubt now they are trying to take notes.
