The call for applications is for nationals of Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan for students on undergraduate, master, doctoral and post-doctoral level as well as for university staff in academic and administrative positions to study in Europe. The call is opened from October 24th 2013 to December 11th 2013!
