Laura and Troy’s (Bama for those who know him) love story began while they were both working in Afghanistan. They worked together at Camp Leatherneck for a medical company, she being an x-ray tech and he a fire medic at the fire station. Through a chance encounter they met and fell in love. The narrative portion of this concept film was written by Bama, just a month or so ago, while he was working in Iraq as a helicopter medic, and he had no idea what we had planned for their shoot, other than that it would be 50’s themed. His letter couldn’t have fit their film more perfectly. Laura and Bama approached us about producing a short concept film that would be shown at the Buskirk-Chumley Theater on the big screen before their ceremony and go with the theme of their wedding.
