Laying in my makeshift cot now that Jaimes asleep I get a chance to reflect. We did some stretching and pt, had some lobster( her fav), and read some more of her hundreds of messages. The doc is confident enough that he moved the second surgery forward to tomm, which is great news. At the same time, it means both my dad and my wife will be having surgery on the same day. Talk about Carnucci Strong! Im overwhelmed at all the messages and support and love and new Facebook friends ( to which j tells me, youre welcome, lol). In life we seem to move 100 mph, at least I do, always working, or working on something, or striving to reach higher goals. This has def slowed me down and forced me to appreciate the scenery a little more. Im able to show my strong side for J when Im next to her, but laying here alone with my thoughts and reading all these messages and seeing all the love simply reduces me to tears. I guess its a good outlet, good therapy , lol. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU, to each and every one of you who took the time. Till tomorrows battle.... #CarnucciStrong
