Lead Deckhand needed for a 80+ m private M/Y in NZ. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years experience on large yachts, have minimum Yachtmaster and some OOW modules, he would be in the age group of 22 to 30, New Zealand or Australian passport holder, have a strong work ethic and good knowledge of products and paints. The yacht will be cruising NZ until the end of the year, afterwards will be cruising Australia and heading back to Med in summer 2015. The candidate would need to be a non smoker, no visible tattoos and be in good physical shape. Salary tbc and there is a bonus system in place. All candidates will need to be STCW95 & Security Awareness certified, ENG1, B1/B2. To start asap.
