Carla, Cliff, I’m sorry I’m a few days late with this email but THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU – is pretty much all I have to say. Our guests are RAVING and cannot stop talking about the food at our wedding… if I hear the word “crabcake” one more time I might just scream. The Philly cheese-steaks were an absolute HIT, as well as the sautéed mozzarella – who knew!!?? I’m sure you knew by the empty trays coming back to your tent they were going fast! We knew we struck gold when we found you but we never knew how truly amazing everything would’ve turned out. We cannot thank you enough! Thank you for working with our somewhat small budget and turning our event into such a grand affair – everything was PERFECT! From the Appetizers, to the bartenders, to the wait staff, to the WOW-worthy dinner, mashed potato bar and especially our delicious wedding cake – we couldn’t have asked for more! And I’m so thankful I went with Loretta’s suggestion with the lemon curd filling in between layers….once again… it was a hit! After we smashed our cake in each others faces, we were smelling lemon for about two days!! LOL!! Our guests cannot stop talking about our Big Day and said not only was our food the best “wedding food” they’ve ever eaten but possibly some of the best “food” they’ve ever tasted. We also have a few “foodies” in the crowd whom are usually very skeptical and they could not stop raving all night. The consensus of our wedding night was “I wish I could’ve eaten more” – Everyone was stuffed with amazingly delicious & fresh food – it was PERFECTION! Truly from the bottom of our hearts – thank you for putting our wedding over the top! Thank you, Danielle Caltabiano
