Leadership Course WINNING WITH PEOPLE These days, we are inundated with endless ways to communicate and connect and yet relationships are tough to establish and maintain. Why is that really? Are people in general less friendly, less cordial, more casual and frown upon being authentic when it comes to other people? Has the privileged-mentality been so imbedded is us that we demand our rights in all circumstances. Does flippancy plague our society that good manners are deemed un-cool and unnecessary? How can we get over the feeling of inadequacy in relating to people and savor flourishing relationships? It may be easier than you think, if you know how. Leadership Course WINNING WITH PEOPLE, based on John C. Maxwell’s book of the same title, will certainly assist you in how you can learn to be a people person. The principles in these lessons expound the following topics: · The right to have followers · Are we prepared for relationships? · Are we willing to focus on others? · Can we build mutual trust? · Are we willing to invest in others? · Can we create a win-win relationship?
