Leadership is about standing up and doing whats right and inspiring others to do the same. The main reasons that I donate blood is because of our disabled children in a home in one of our local townships. These kids do not only depend on donations such as food, shelter and safety. Some of them depend on donations such as blood, bone marrow donation and in other circumstances even organ donations. These are essential for them to live a long and healthier life. We all know that the poor communities are the ones the suffer most as they do not have the necessary funds to pay for the necessary medical assistance as these services are very expensive. Giving blood can save at least 3 lives of whom could be a child, who will be our future leaders.
