Leadership is not about the strong looking for weaker people to lead. It’s about the humble looking for those whose strengths offset their weaknesses and complement their strengths. Strong leaders surround themselves with strong people, not with weak ones. Rather than finding the strengths of others threatening, they celebrate them and leverage them. Leadership is not a position. Its an influence. And i learned just recently that marriage is also a form of discipleship. Who we choose to lead us will have a great influence on us. Beloved single ladies, the LORD has given us an awesome privilege to choose our leaders who will partner with us as we continue in our journey to Christlikeness. Let us choose well.
