Lee Moves To Defence LEE McCULLOCH is being primed to play in defence this weekend against Albion Rovers as he moves to the back line for tonight’s final warm-up game at Sheffield Wednesday. The Rangers captain joins Emilson Cribari in the central area, with Lee Wallace and Sebastien Faure either side of that pairing. Ian Black also features as a holding midfielder in a 4-1-3-2 shape, with Kyle McAusland, Lewis Macleod and Nicky Law in front of him. Having teamed up together in attack at the weekend as Emmen were beaten 1-0 in Holland, Andy Little and Saturday’s scorer Jon Daly lead the line once again. McCulloch’s move from a more advanced position is telling as Ally McCoist fields a starting XI which could very well turn out in Sunday’s Ramsdens Cup tie. And it’s clear the manager is setting his players out this evening with one eye on that tie at Livingston’s Almondvale Stadium. Gers are only able to play players who were at the club last season along with a maximum of two trialists against the Cliftonhill outfit.
