Leedale Lodge is taking Pre Cautionary Biosecurity Measures to make sure the "Pox" doesnt get out. All Riders Must ensure before visiting their horses they are -in Fresh clothes (Not ones you just wore around others horses) -they ensure they use all of their own take which has NOT made conact with other horses. -they equip themselves with antiseptic sprays or lotions what ever is preferred to wash their hands etc in. -If you are leaving the Property for a show you must ensure you make NO other conact with others horses then your own -Wash all of your gear float and horse on arrival back NOT in my wash down bay using antiseptic sprays and lotions. I trust that all of my students, Owners, Agisters and Friends are able to help me keep "Pox" out of leedale and if you have any doubts at all or require more information you will seek it either through your vet if you are totally freaking out or the internet can be quite helpful to giving more peace of mind On another not all students coming in must take Similar Precautions - WASH prior to coming with dettol or something similar - Disinfect - Own gear - No Contact - bring your own Sponge bucket and water to wash your horse down in.
