Lesson learned tonight at work.., actually I have learned this many times before, but the customer I had tonight set the perfect example of, in my opinion, why we should be nice to the providers of television, phones, etc. If you are mean about a problem or a mistake they have made, most likely you will not receive any credits or discounts you may be entitled to.
