Let me make this clarification for those who do not know law or rather those who do not understand the battle between Osisioma Ndi Anambra and Akpokue dike ndi Aguleri over who is the authentic candidate of APGA in the last guber election. At the level of Anambra election petition tribunal Awka, the tribunal ruled that Dr Obidigbos case was a pre election matter and should be tried at the regular court. At the level of the Appeal court, the appeal judges dismissed Obidigbos appeal and upheld the judgement of the tribunal in which it agreed that Dr Obidigbos case should go to a regular court for trial and judgement. At the Supreme Court, the case was not heard on the ground that the appeal was filed out of time. It was therefore struck out. In that case, the Supreme court also agreed with both Appeal court and the tribunal that Obidigbos case is a pre election matter and should be tried at the regular court. These judgments have now returned the battle of who is the APGA gov to the regular court. The suit is already pending before justice Mohammed of the Federal high court Abuja. The hearing stopped due to the annual vacation of judges and we expect judgement before the year runs off. It is important our members understand the status quo and position of some legal battles in APGA. By His Grace, Dr Obidigbo will lead APGA to a safe landing from this Obiano and his wifes family endorsement and automatic tickets. Osisioma ga achii, ma dozie APGA.
