Let me say one thing my friends, im just an ole country boy with not much book sense, but im loaded down with common sense . Thats like my diet, I could eat a snickers bar for breakfast one for lunch n one for supper n still lose weight. It is but it isnt all about whatcha eat. Its about how much u eat n if u plan on burning it off. I could eat 5000 calories a day, if I planed on exercising r burning it off. So I pretty much eat what I want, I can eat a sandwich for lunch, n then a salad for supper. What everyone dont understand, I was drinking 2 gallons of sweet tea a day, n eating an equivalent of about 5 whoppers along with that. Not really the whoppers but equivalent to that amount n food. Im not much on deserts n candy, Im a meat n potatoes man. But when I shut it down my way, watch with the help of God, I wont have a problem at all dropping from 300#s to 235#s thats 65#s im gonna drop like nothing. I got willpower. Im the kind of man that could go on a hunger strike. Habits r all n the mind. What does a person do when they r addicted to something r luv something so much n dont wanna do without, but then they cant get it anymore, cant find it, r if they was to quit making it? They just gotta do without. I luv to cook n I luv to eat. But its time now at my age n health wise to shut it down. When I lose my weight this time I will keep it off. Ive lost that much three times before with no problem. So if u wanna quit drinking r smoking r eating, u can do it. Its all n ur mind, nobody luvz food like I do, but when I get where I wanna b, I can eat some of my good cooking. Ill b camping n cooking n hunting n walking those woods n burning it off. So friends, get with the program if u want to, u can do it! Is ur glass half full? R is it half empty? B positive n all u do, same as praying to God, dont ask for prayer feeling weak that he will answer it. Ask with full intentions that he will hear it n he will answer it. U gotta think positive n u gotta have faith. U gotta believe ! Hang n there because theres nothing that cannot b done through God !
