Lets Challenge Disability Raich Carter is launching a **BRAND NEW GROUP** specially designed for people with all forms of disabilities.. Check out the details below... Stay fit and active together with Sit N B FIT in association with Raich Carter Sports Centre! For individuals with all aspects of disability, this group will be specially tailored to all of your needs. It will be engaging, fun and lots of laughter whilst improving your physical and mental health. This class will create a safe and social fitness activity using music, equipment, color and new techniques to stimulate you. The group will be run on a Tuesday afternoon 12pm-1pm for all ages at Raich Carter There will be a qualified instructor who is specifically trained in delivering fitness and good health to individuals with disabilities.
