Lets fire up those hamstrings amd glutes! Looking to get those defined and toned thighs and booty? You have to add these in on your leg day. These are called #Goodmornings and are SO GREAT to hit that posterior chain we tend to neglect. This is also great for your back and abs! Start off with light weight as this does tax the back and until you get the form down we dont want to sacrifice form for weight and risk injury. I am using a 30lb bar, try starting off with a weight you feel comfortable doing 10-15reps. Feet slightly wider than hips, slightly bent knees, core engaged. Keeping the slight bend in the knee, bend/hinge at the waist pushing your hips/butt back and lowering your chest till just parallel to the ground. Keep your core engaged and tight throughout the movement and a flat back. On the way up use the hamstrings and glutes to pull your body back up, thats 1.
