May his soul rest in peace... PROMISE PRAYER TO RELEASE 1,000 SOULS IN PURGATORY Eternal Father, we offer you the Most Precious Blood of your Divine Son Jesus In union with the masses said throughout the world today For all the holy souls in Purgatory For sinners everywhere For sinners in the universal Church Those in our own home And within our family Amen. Our Lord told ST. GERTRUDE that the ff. prayer would release 1000 souls from Purgatory each time it is said. It was later extended to include living sinners as well.
