Lets start with diwali sweets Coconut crush Ingredients Coconut: 1 crushed Condensed milk- 11/2cup Ghee- 11/2 table spoon Cashew nuts for decoration Food color Method : Put ghee in a heated pan or kadhai add the coconut and mix well for 5 to 10 mins. Add the Condensed milk with it, and mix it finely until its totally absorbed. Keep it cool for some mins, then divide it into two portions. Add the food color in one portion and keep the rest remain white. Now grease a plate and flattened the color portion first and then flattened the white portion to get the beauty of two colors. Keep it in refrigerator for an hour, after then cut the pieces into box shape or burfi shape. Put the Cashew nuts at the top for decoration, and keep it in the fridge to get a hard texture at least for 2 hours. Now serve your family and neighborhood with this delicious coconut crush.
