Lets talk. Thanks for the feedback. As many of you know, used to have a waiting list but closed it once it hit about 200 and worked my way through it before opening again using this method. I found seeing such a long waiting list quite stressful and I spent a lot of valuable sewing time on admin, answering peoples requests as to how much longer it would be till I reached them, and my answer was generally very wrong anyway. I felt it didnt work well for either me or you, but perhaps this doesnt either, and lets face it, I may make the bears and quilts, but I do it for all of you, so its important I listen to you. Ive had a few slot releases so far and for me it works quite well but clearly its not for you. You are right that some people may send an email every time and not get picked, and others just the once; its the luck of the draw. Its not ideal and Im not sure what the answer might be at the moment, but Id really welcome your thoughts. As Im sure you will all have different visions, perhaps an amalgamation of ideas might provide a good and fair way forward. Talk to me and Ill read and digest and have a think. Then if possible, make positive changes over the coming weeks and months in time for the next intake. Does that sound fair? So, talk to me .........GO! xx
