Let’s talk about-stalking exes - on Facebook or other social networkS!!!!! You tell yourself it’s a normal human natural curiosity. But you are just nosey You can’t “unfriend” because you live in hope that every status update and photo of you looking hot drives the knife a little deeper. Plus,you keep secretly checking that you’re still winning the breakup. Facebook-stalking your ex can hurt & stop you from getting over the relationship. Every time you scroll through their photos & read their updates, the last thing you want to see is that they’re married, or have a baby, or look super hot...... I have no idea why people do it to themselves.... It’s hard to feel sorry for yourself when the pain is self-inflicted. my question is.......Is it worth it? Does it help?
