Lewd act in the presence of a minor: WE NOW HAVE VIDEO- We are seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect in a lewdness incident. On November 6, 2014 a male was following an 8 year old female up and down the aisles of the Dollar Tree store located at 1358 Hooper Avenue. At one point he placed himself extremely close to the young girl and was within her “personal space.” It was then that he was observed to have his genitals exposed and in his hand. The girls Aunt observed this and immediately confronted the man who then fled the store. The images are not the best quality but given the nature of this incident and age of the victim we still hope to be able to make an identification of the suspect.
