Life has many turns for us in life and we as children dont have control of where those paths go. With Gods grace we come to find our place in life and forgive those who have hurt us and go on and to be productive in our lives. When my Dad left and even before, I became very insecure and gained weight to where I was 318pounds. As you know my path then turned to being Superfan when I was a junior in high school. Me and 16 other MHS students would go to Mountaineer games and cheer our team but their was not much enthusiasm, so as you know by now after some needling by my friends and classmates Superfan was born. I did that for ten years. But God used the dream to become the Mountaineer to get me to lose my weight the summer after my freshman year at WVU. I worked hard all summer, that was my job to lose weight, At the end I had lost over 110 pounds and then tried out for Mountaineer, no one expected me to get it because I did not fit the mold but God brought this little boys dream to reality in 1975 and what a year we had. What a fantastic time. I want to begin to share me experiences, they were fun. Encourage your children to be who they are and dont squash their dreams.
