Life is all about knowing your options. What’s the best career? What’s the best investment? What is the best college to go to? What’s the best job? What’s the best business to start? If you are just choosing from the options that you currently know, you are making the wrong decision. The world has recently exploded with options in every area. But we’re aware of them because we are relying too much on our prior knowledge, traditional media, and current friends. I keep re-learning this over and over again. I just got screwed because I found out–too late–that I can save $400 on eyeglasses if I went half way around the world on the Internet instead of just checking 4 stores at local malls.
