Life is funny. Many times I just go through the odds, kinda routine. Find an inspirational story, and share it on BigEye. So I am going through my Newsfeed, then I land on a status update from Kitamirike Andrew about Faith Love. So I go Faith Loves wall, land on another story where she shared her journey of battling sickle cell. I am very touched. I share the story on BigEye. Then, I remember I need a photo for that story. I go to stalk Faith Loves wall. Get a photo of her. Then it hits me:::: Wait a minute? I heard that I lost a cousin this week. That she had first gone into comma, then finally she lost the battle and died. She was called Dinah I remember. What are the real names of Faith Love? Shes called Dinah Talemwa. OMG. Here I was sharing a story of a sweet cousin, without any mindfulness. I then go through the posts of Faith Loves wall and I realize I know everyone whos posting as her relative. I am shocked. For a moment, I cant help but hide in my shame. I last met her at a Graduation Party last year somewhere in Kawanda. Everyday I confirm that the world is small, very inter-connected. I will be more mindful more than before... oh the things we take for granted, the relatives we meet but never keep in touch with or bother to exchange numbers and share stories. Rest in Peace Dinah.... You were a real fighter....
