Lets revisit the Expansion of the Hilo International Airports Runway Addition(?) Clearly Department of Hawaiian Home Lands! Ceded Land Revenues stated that the Airport Terminal is NOT on DHHL Lands and No Nothing to DHHLs Beneficiaries(?) Yet the Aircrafts Civilian, Commercial, and Military never ever LANDED on the TERMINAL, but did so on the Air strip RUNWAY.... So where is there any LANDING FEES(?) As for Land Inventory ofDHHL Industrial Area Proceed, Prince Kuhio Plaza, Home DePot, Safeway/Target, HELCO, Dept. Of Water, Telephone Co.,Utility Corporation Easements total Combined Revenue(?) Sugar Land Leases that never got Paid(?), and Now the Timber Operation Harvests of Eucalyptus Forests planted by Sugar corporations for Bio-Mass(?) The Forestry Division of DLNR stated that 30% of those Proceeds were to go to DHHL(?) With anticipated Revenues as mentioned, Why do Kanaka Maolis Pay for High Electrical Rates(?) In addition, Read Section 221 of the Hawaiian Homes Commissions Act, QUOTE: WATER FREE OF ALL CHARGE(?) Only this Entity has those written WORDS, No other TRUST!!!! HRS Revisions say Water is Free, one pays for the Electricity to moving the WATER(?) Then WHY(?), If anyone leaves for a vacation for 2 to 4 or even 6 months and No WATER is being Consumed(?), will there be an Electrical Charge for NO WATER DELIVERY(?) Check your 2 Month Billing Rates(?) This NOT my OPINION, its FACTS!!! READ the 1920 HHCA and look where-else is this Disclaimer made(?) Kanaka Maolis have relevance, but check where the Money is going,---Straight to DAGS(?) Military Pohakuloa DHHL Lands arent capable of Housing, FARMING, or RANCHING---its STRICTLY MILITARY with $1.00 / year Rent. Same Fees for STATE of HAWAII, University of Hawaii, and the Rest(?) I dont hear or see Rob Perez writing this in the Honolulu Star Advertiser(?) How Come(?) Please, attend DHHL Association Meetings and ask these questions..
