"Like almost everything in the democratic tradition, the claim of the seats in white - that is, the proposition that blank ballots obtain parliamentary representation by empty seats - knew a clearly popular. He saw the light back in the year 2000 within small grassroots social movements and, following this, the indignant and embraced the 15-M movement.
