Like if you love Strong Abdominals! This is a killer move that I do at least once a week to work my abdominals/core & work on my arm strength at the same time. Its pretty advanced but you can do it! To modify this exercise start with more of your legs on the ball then work your way to just the top of your shoes & even to just your toes if you really want to test that balance!
