Twisting Hover 1⃣ Start with your feet pressed up to the sky, feet flexed, feed above hips, low back pressed down 2⃣ hands are behind the head - curve the spine and lift the head, neck and shoulders 3⃣ extend 1 leg and pull the other knee in 4⃣ bring the opposite elbow the the knee 5⃣ hold the twist and extend the bent knee and bring the feet together 6⃣ rotate spine and elbows to center 7⃣ bring both legs up to starting position 8⃣ Repeat on the other side 9⃣ go back and forth for 5-30 reps…or until you cant maintain proper form due to fatigue.
