Like other Republicans, including Mitch McConnell and John Boehner, and John Cornyn and Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, Price just cant keep the cat in the bag. Because the entire pretense behind this Supreme Court case against the law is that the plaintiffs arent trying to kill it, theyre trying to make it better. As long as everyone keeps pretending that they want to fix the law and not kill it, the court can pretend that theyre ruling very narrowly, not being activist at all. But greedy Republicans keep messing that up.
