Lisa Fogg added 2 new photos. We need prayers for a great friend of mine!! Her 6 year old son fell at chick-fil-a not last Friday but the Friday before. He hit his head and sat down for a bit but then went on playing as normal. The next morning when he woke up he was having major issues. Throwing up, slurring words, and just not acting right. His dad took him to Freeman and they said he had a concussion and a virus. The following Tuesday he still wasnt acting right, so his mom took him to his pediatrician. They scheduled an MRI for Thursday. After the MRI results came in that same day, the doctor called and told them they needed to go to Childrens Mercy right away. The doctor threw out scary words, such as lymphoma, leukemia, or a possible bacteria in his brain. The next day Freeman didnt get the MRI to CM, so the doctor personally drove it up there Saturday. Since then they have done two lumbar spinal taps. Theyve pretty much ruled out a bacteria. They dont know what it is yet. Her husband got a call Sunday saying his grandpa probably wouldnt make it through the night. Jack left KC but didnt make it there in time. Then yesterday Morganne had to leave Peyton at the hospital (his dad is there now), because their infant son started running a fever. Ive known Morganne since I was about 8 yrs old. She has 3 boys and her and her husband are amazing people. Theyre keeping faith and hope but we all know that sometimes thats hard to do. Please keep them in your prayers. Could you imagine if this was your child or relative? *Peyton is the little boy in the green shirt. The other little boy is his brother.*
