Listening to your body is pretty friggin important. If you feel like shit then REST. The surest way to lay yourself out for the long run is not taking a rest day or few when you need them. It blows my mind when we exercise to be healthy yet feel guilty just giving our bodies some quiet time to focus on getting better...time spent by the body adapting to the stress of exercise is time taken away from it fighting off the viruses and bacteria it needs to battle every once in a while. Surest way ever I think to turn 2-3 days into 2 weeks of misery. #chillaxintothemax
