Literally cant move without hurting and Ive got to find some reserve energy from somewhere to get through an hour workout :-( If I do I may just MAY try and muster enough energy to crawl into town for a bar, I hear a pints good for improving bone density lol and since Ive not drank this month EARNED ONE, although Ill prob only drink sparkling water, I keep side stepping alc. If anyone fancies a bar in few hours inbox me, if Im still able to lift my arms after workout will sort something. ;-)
