Little help please for our neighbor(s): Can you please post something on the FB page to get some thoughts/feedback on the SSFHS football field construction? We live in Francisco Terrace and lately with the construction, there are large amounts of dirt and dust that have intruded into our backyards and impacting our overall air quality. The construction crew does not have seem to have a separate water crew to help spray down the dirt during construction as we would expect to see in most organized construction. In addition to the air quality, it is making a mess in most peoples backyards and rooftops. Our house, as well as neighboring houses, have to keep hosing down our backyards on own and the amount of dirt is unacceptable. Attached are just a few pictures of what we have to go through on a daily basis. We understand the construction may be towards the last few phases, but the amount of dirt has significantly increased in the last week and is becoming an issue. The high school as well as the city needs to be involved and help control these situations to maintain the quality we expect as South City residents.
