Local News: DOCTOR CAUGHT SELLING SHABU TO POLICEMAN IN DAVAO A medical practitioner is facing drug charges before the Davao City Prosecution Office (CPO) after he was arrested for selling a sachet of methamphetmine hydrochloride or shabu to a policeman posing as buyer. Dr. Gregorio Cabilen Alian, 45, a resident of Gallera de Oro Subdivision in Bago Aplaya has been sued for violation of Section 5, Republic Act 9165.
