Lok Adalats to be held at Pulwama on 23 july... A Lok Adalat is scheduled to be held on July 23, 2014 in District Court Complex, Pulwama. The cases pertaining to the courts functioning of Courts at the District Headquarter which are expected to be settled amicably through settlement upon persuasions by the Bench will be taken up in the Lok Adalat. The Presiding Officers at the headquarter have been accordingly asked to identify the cases which qualify for being taken up in the Lok Adalat as per the provisions of Legal Service Act 1997, after making the preliminary exercise and submit the list thereof to this Authority by or before July 21, 2014 in order to facilitate the constitution of benches well in time.
