Lol, so.. another TFA for the lower mainland, the cookie bandit.. Question is though, Once in custody, is it still required to Charter and warn this animal? How could he?.. or can I just throw him a hamburger? Tryin to picture the defendant, a bear with crumbs around his mouth, in the courtroom while defence argues the lack of intent since the accused was never actually seen eating the cookie and the property was never recovered so.. Sounds like a regular day in court actually, lol. Ridiculous.. Only difference between the dirtbag that would normally be caught doin this, and the bear is.. this bear is quite clever no?..
