Looking back at 2014 as the owner of Schoen Place Auto, I have nothing but gratitude for our employees, suppliers, customers and our community at large. Schoen Place Auto had record numbers in terms of growth and new customers in 2014. And we had the highest percentage of customer retention ever - - which was already at a high level. I am grateful for having the best team in the car repair business - - people who truly focus on caring about other people first and foremost. How we operate is not just about business and money. Its our way of life to focus on people and their needs, not just fix cars. For 2015 our goal is to become even more creative and effective in helping people with their automotive and transportation needs. We will never lose sight of the fact that the very foundation of our business involves being the very best in caring for and showing deep respect for human beings who include our employees, customers, suppliers and community at large.
