Looking for a room to sub rent? In the month of May and in September until December, I am sub letting my room in Grindhorst, a villa in Heelsum. Heelsum is 7 km from Wageningen (25-30 minutes by bike) and 11 km from Arnhem. The room available is ca. 14 m2 and has its own sink. The rent for the room is about 250 euro incl. We are living with fourteen people; most of us study or work in Wageningen. We share a kitchen and a living room, and you will share a bathroom with two persons. We have a large garden with chickens and a vegetable garden, and once a month we do DIY jobs in the house and garden.
