Looking for an easier way to participate in the Plank Challenge? If you are older (me), and/or out of shape (me), heres another way to do it. According to the December 2013 edition of Prevention magazine, you should do 10 second plank intervals. Hold for 10 seconds, rest for ten, repeat 5 times. Gives your core a challenge with lest risk of injury. I managed 3 reps last night. Did I mention that I am out of shape?
